Dogs that are available for Virtual Adoption fall into two categories:
These dogs won't be adopted for a variety of reasons. This might be that they are elderly, have behavioural challenges, are not assessed as suitable to live in a home, and rehoming would simply be too stressful for them, amongst other things.
These animals sometimes have long-term health problems, and often attract higher bills for their upkeep: more vet visits; more specialised food etc.
Waiting for a Furever Home Dogs are exactly that. They are available for re-homing, might just be waiting for their perfect family, might be too young just yet, or might be going through all the preparation required to rehome them - vaccinations, sterilisation etc.
Whichever category the dogs fall into they need caring for, they need food, shelter, warmth, vet care, cuddles, and they may be living with a fosterer. This is all a big strain on the rescue partners' budget, you can help!
Browse through the dogs profiles then head to our VIRTUAL ADOPTIONS page to find out more about Virtually Adopting a Pet.
